Company Update

PLD Corporation Limited ( ASX:PLD ) (“ PLD ” or “ the Company ”) wishes to provide an update on the Company’s ongoing operational review of its business and assets, which has involved the assessment of new opportunities in the healthcare sector and in the resources sector.

As a part of this strategy the directors of PLD advise that the Company is evaluating exploration tenements in the Albany Fraser Belt, WA.

The Company is evaluating exploration tenements in the Albany Fraser Belt because it is of the belief that shareholder value will be created by the systematic exploration of defined Ni-Cu targets in that region.

The Company also intends to make new director appointments that will add substantial experience discovering, developing and financing resource projects.

Meanwhile, the Company continues to evaluate opportunities in the healthcare sector including pursuing opportunities associated with the Company’s orthopaedics technology and know-how. Joint venture discussions on progressing this strategy are re-commencing.

The Company will continue to keep the market updated with respect to these discussions.
