Change of Company Secretary

The board of PLD Corporation Limited (PLD) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr David Nairn (BCom. CPA) as Company Secretary.

Mr David Nairn (BCom. CPA) is a CPA and Company Secretary. He has 30 years’ experience in Audit and Accounting and is a partner with HLB Mann Judd. David’s clients include private and public companies of various size, and worked exclusively as the lead auditor for Oxiana Limited (now Oz Minerals) during which, the company grew from a micro-cap junior explorer, to an international resources producer with world-class assets located both domestically and internationally, and which now sits comfortably within the ASX/S&P 200.

Mr Andrew Whitten, who has been instrumental in the formation and re-listing of PLD resigns from his role as Company Secretary but will continue to make a valuable contribution as the Company’s Legal Advisor.
