PLD: New Company Secretary

Portland Orthopaedics Limited (Company) (ASX: PLD) announces the resignation of Company Secretary and CFO, Mr James Wynn effective immediately. Mr Richard Gregson has been appointed Company Secretary in an interim capacity until a new company secretary is appointed. The Company will shortly announce a replacement for the CFO.
