ARIKA RESOURCES LIMITED – NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Arika Resources Limited (ASX: ARI) ( Arika or the Company ) will be holding the Annual General Meeting at 10.00am (AWST) on Friday, 21 November 2025 at Level 14, QV1 Building, 250 St Georges Terrace Perth, WA, 6000 (the Meeting ).
In accordance with section 110 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), the Company is not sending hard copies of the Notice of Annual General Meeting ( Notice ) to shareholders unless they have made a valid election to receive documents in hard copy. Instead, a copy of the Notice is available for download electronically from the website link set out below:

If you would like to attend the Meeting, you are able to do so in person. The Company strongly encourages all shareholders to vote by directed proxy.
