• 1. To take note of the performance evaluation of the Independent Directors for the financial year 2023-24
• 1. To consider and discuss the appointment of Ms. Tasneem Marfatia as company secretary and compliance officer of the company.
• 1. To take note of the terms of appointment of the Directors and Key Managerial Personnel and evaluation of increase / decrease in remuneration as per the performance evaluation submitted and taken on table by the board.
• 1. To consider any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
