Board of Directors Arihant Superstrucure Ltd Mumbai Dear sir

I am unable to continue as an independent director on the Board of Directors due to my personal reasons and therefore tender my resignation from the Board of Directors of ASL and all the Committees of the Board.

I am also on the Board of Directors of Arihant Abode Ltd and Arihant Gruhnirman Private Ltd ,wholly owned subsidiaries of ASL.

I submit my resignation as an Independent director from both the above companies.

I request that my resignation may be accepted with immediate effect.

I thank the Chairman and other directors on the board for the cooperation and help given to me in the discharge of my duties while I was on the board.

I also take the opportunity of thanking the secretarial and support staff of the company in helping me fulfil my responsibility as an independent director.

I wish the company continued growth and development in future.
