The Company has been informed that Michael de Villiers, Director, has bought 844,500 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each in Ariana ("Ariana Shares") at an average price of 2.3116 pence (£19,521) in his own ISA and that his wife has bought 1,706,000 Ariana Shares at an average price of 2.3116 pence (£39,436) in her ISA and at the same time Michael de Villiers has sold 2,550,500 Ariana Shares at an average price of 2.31 pence (£58,917).
