Amendment of Date of Cancellation

The Company announces the following amendment to the date of cancellation of trading of its Ordinary Shares on AIM, in order to facilitate settlement of the Tender Offer.

It is now anticipated that the last day of dealings in the Ordinary Shares on AIM will be on 21 February 2025 and that Cancellation will take effect from 7.00 a.m. on 24 February 2025.

Terms used in this announcement have the same meaning as in the circular published by the Company on 16 January 2025 (the "Circular"). The Circular can be viewed on, and downloaded from, the Company's website at www.argogrouplimited.com.
