Share Purchase Plan Results
Argo Global Listed Infrastructure Limited (ALI) refers to its Share Purchase Plan (SPP) offer announced to ASX on 28 September 2021 and advises the results of the SPP which closed on 14 October 2021.
Applications from 2,460 shareholders were accepted, totalling $30,970,000.
No scale back was applied to applications and as a result, 13,583,886 new ALI shares will be issued on Thursday 21 October 2021 at the subscription price of $2.28 per new share.
