Filing of Registration Statement for Proposed Offering
Argo Blockchain, a global leader in cryptocurrency mining (LSE: ARB), is pleased to announce that it has filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") relating to a proposed initial public offering of its American Depositary Shares ("ADSs"), representing its ordinary shares, in the United States. The number of ordinary shares to be represented by each ADS, the number of ADSs to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. The proposed offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether, or when, the proposed offering may be completed or as to the actual size or terms of the proposed offering.
Argo intends to list its ordinary shares on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol "ARBK". Upon completion of the proposed offering, Argo's ordinary shares will continue to be admitted to the standard segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange under the symbol "ARB".
