Notice of General Meeting and Circular
The Company announces that it will today publish and post (or otherwise make available) to shareholders a Notice of General Meeting with related explanatory circular (together the 'GM Notice and Circular') and form of proxy. The GM Notice and Circular contains resolutions to approve the issuance of new shares, which will be put to shareholders at a General Meeting of the Company, to be held at 10:00 am on 5th March 2021.
A copy of the GM Notice and Circular will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism where it will be available to view at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and on the Company's website at https://argoblockchain.com/.
The Company's General Meeting ("GM") will be held at 10:00 am on Friday 5th March 2021 at the offices of Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London WC2B 5DG United Kingdom. However, due to UK Government restrictions on movement and on gatherings of more than two people as a result of Covid-19, the GM will be run as a closed meeting and shareholders will NOT be permitted to attend in person.
