Argeo ASA: New share capital registered
Asker, 18 February 2025. Reference is made to the stock exchange release from Argeo ASA ("Argeo" or the "Company") (Euronext Oslo Børs: ARGEO) published on 12 February 2025 announcing the completion of a private placement of new shares in the Company, raising gross proceeds of NOK 150 million (the "Private Placement").
The board of directors resolved on 12 February 2025 to issue the shares allocated in Tranche 1 of the Private Placement pursuant to an authorisation granted to the board by the general meeting in the Company held on 6 June 2024.
The share capital increase related to Tranche 1 of the Private Placement has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new share capital of the Company is NOK 26,650,674.50 divided into 53,301,349 shares, each with nominal value of NOK 0.50.
