Argeo ASA: Changes to executive management

Asker, 19.05. The Board of Directors of Argeo ASA ("Argeo" or the "Company") (Euronext Oslo Børs: ARGEO) has today and effective immediately appointed Mr. Joost Bakker as new interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company.

Before his recent promotion to Chief Operating Officer (COO) Mr. Bakker held the position of Vice President Operations at Argeo and brings with him more than 25 years of experience from the seismic industry. Mr. Bakker has held a broad range of senior positions both offshore and onshore, covering operations, research, and health, safety, environment and quality (HSEQ).

In connection with this appointment, Jan P. Grimnes will step back from his temporary role as Executive Chair and resume his position as Chair of the Board. Odd Erik Rudshaug, who has been serving as interim CEO in addition to his duties as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), will return to his full-time role as CFO.

The Board of Directors will continue its recruitment process to identify a permanent CEO.
