Asker, 18. November 2021: Argeo AS will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting on the 2nd of December at 10:00 CEST at the Company’s premises in Nye Vakaasvei 14, 1395 Hvalstad, to approve the Board’s proposal for an options program for the employees and a general Board proxy to issue new shares.
