Appointment of Administrators to Argentex Group Plc and Argentex Technologies Limited

Further to the announcements regarding the Company's financial position released on 17 and 18 July 2025 and the appointment of Special Administrators to Argentex LLP on 21 July 2025, the Board of Argentex announces that Argentex Group PLC and Argentex Technologies Limited have today, 24 July 2025, been placed into Administration under the Insolvency Act 1986.

Daniel Conway, Anthony Wright and David Hudson of FRP Advisory Trading Limited were appointed today as Joint  Administrators. Further announcements will be made in due course.
