Appointment of Special Administrators to Argentex LLP

Further to the announcements regarding the Company's financial position released on 17 and 18 July 2025, the Board of Argentex announces that Argentex LLP has, following Court Approval received today 21 July 2025, been placed into Special Administration under the Payment and Electronic Money Special Administration Regime ("PESAR").

Daniel Conway, Anthony Wright and David Hudson of FRP Advisory Trading Limited were appointed today by the Court as Joint Special Administrators. Further announcements will be made in due course.
