Resignation of Nominated Adviser and Broker

Further to the announcement regarding the appointment of Administrators to Argentex Group PLC on 24 July 2025, the Company announces that Singer Capital Markets has resigned as its Nominated Adviser and Broker with effect from 31 July 2025.

Pursuant to AIM Rule 1, if a replacement Nominated Adviser is not appointed within one month, the admission of the Company's securities will be cancelled on AIM. The Company's shares remain suspended from trading on AIM.
