On April 10, 2019, Argan, Inc. (“Argan”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended January 31, 2019. A copy of Argan’s press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

On April 10, 2019, Argan announced its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on April 30, 2019 to stockholders of record at the close of business on April 22, 2019.
