On February 26, 2014, the registrant issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2013. The text of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.

On February 26, 2014, the registrant issued a press release, included herewith as Exhibit 99.1, announcing the declaration of a first quarter 2014 dividend of $0.38 per share, payable on March 31, 2014 to stockholders of record as of March 14, 2014. The registrant previously declared on November 5, 2013 an additional dividend of $0.05 per share, payable, subject to the satisfaction of certain Maryland law requirements, on March 28, 2014 to stockholders of record as of March 14, 2014.
