DRP PARTICIPATION FOR SEPTEMBER QUARTER DISTRIBUTION
Arena Investment Management Limited ( Arena ), as responsible entity of Arena REIT ( ARF ), today advised that in relation to its distribution reinvestment plan ( DRP ) for the quarter ended 30 September 2014, the arithmetic average of the daily VWAP for securities sold during the period 2 October to 22 October 2014 calculated in accordance with the DRP and after the 1.5% discount applicable to this distribution, is $1.4079 per security.
109,450 new securities will be issued pursuant to the DRP for the September quarter distribution. The securities will be issued on or around Friday 14 November 2014, as previously advised.
