ASX Announcement 26 February 2015

COMPLETION OF $25 MILLION INSTITUTIONAL PLACEMENT

Arena REIT today announced that it had successfully completed a fully underwritten placement to institutional and professional investors of approximately 15.62 million stapled securities at a price of $1.60 per stapled security raising approximately $25 million ( Placement ).

Settlement of the new stapled securities issued under the Placement will occur on 10 March 2015. New stapled securities issued under the Placement will be allotted and commence trading on 11 March 2015.

Following the successful completion of the Placement, Arena REIT stapled securities will recommence trading on the ASX today.

As foreshadowed in the announcement of 25 February 2015, funds advised by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing ( MSREI ) have also successfully sold down its 12.7% stake in Arena REIT to a range of institutional and professional investors at $1.60 per stapled security.

The Placement and sell down of MSREI’s stake was conducted by Morgan Stanley Securities Limited ( Morgan Stanley ). The Placement was fully underwritten by Morgan Stanley. Arena REIT was also advised by Fort Street Advisers.
