ADMISSION TO OFFICIAL LIST

Arena REIT Limited (the “Company”) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited on Monday, 8 December 2014. The Company’s shares will be stapled to the units of the existing listed entity Arena REIT (comprising Arena REIT no 1 (“ARF1) and Arena REIT no 2 (“ARF2”)) to form a triple stapled group.

Official Quotation of the following securities will commence at 10:00 am A.E.D.T. on Tuesday, 9 December 2014 on a deferred settlement basis.

211,605,103 New Stapled Securities fully paid.
