CHANGE OF RESPONSIBLE ENTITY AND DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT
Arena REIT Limited and Arena REIT Management Limited ( ARML ) are pleased to advise that ARML has been formally appointed as the responsible entity of Arena REIT No. 1 and Arena REIT No. 2.
ARML is also pleased to announce that it has appointed Gareth Winter, Arena REIT’s Chief Financial Officer, as an executive director of ARML. Gareth was formerly a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers and has over 20 years’ professional experience. Gareth’s appointment bolsters the breadth of experience and expertise on the ARML Board.
