On October 14, 2025, The Arena Group Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the closing of an acquisition of the digital assets of Lindy’s Sports, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
