ARDIDEN LIMITED (ACN 110 884 252) (“The Company”) REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2 Ardiden Limited (“Ardiden” or “the Company”) requests a voluntary suspension of the Company’s securities from the commencement of trading on Friday 2 June 2017 pending the release of an announcement (“Announcement”) regarding a capital raising.
The Company requests that the voluntary suspension remains in place until the Company makes the Announcement to the market, which it expects to make on or before market open Monday 5 June 2017.
The Directors of Ardiden are not aware of any reasons why a voluntary suspension should not be granted.
