Ardiden Ltd – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Ardiden Ltd (the ‘Company’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 8 May 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market.

The Company hereby requests a halt in the trading of its securities, effective immediately, regarding a capital raising.
The Company requests that the trading halt commence immediately and remain in place until the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 8 May 2018, or upon release of an announcement regarding the capital raise, whichever is earlier.
We confirm the Company is in compliance with LR3.1 and are not aware of any reason why the Company’s request should not be granted.
