TRADING HALT
The securities of Ardiden Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday 20 November 2017 or when the announcement is released to the market.

ARDIDEN LIMITED (ACN 110 884 252) (“The Company”) REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
The Company hereby requests a halt in trading of its securities, effective immediately, regarding a capital raising.
The Company requests that the trading halt commence Thursday, 16 November 2017 and remain in place until the commencement of trading on Monday, 20 November 2017 or upon release of an Announcement regarding the capital raising, whichever is the earlier.
We confirm the Company is in compliance with LR3.1 and are not aware of any reason why the Company’s request should not be granted.
