CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARIES

Ardiden Limited (ASX: ADV) (“ Ardiden ” or “ the Company ”) is pleased to announced that Steven Wood and Silfia Morton have been appointed as Joint Company Secretaries, replacing Jessamyn Lyons, as a result of moving from Everest Corporate to Grange Consulting today.

Mr Steven Wood specialises in corporate advisory, company secretarial and financial management services at Grange Consulting. Steven is a Chartered Accountant and has been involved in various private and seed capital raisings as well as successful ASX listings, whilst also providing company secretarial and financial management services to both ASX and unlisted public and private companies. Steven started his career in the Perth office of Pitcher Partners where he spent several years in their corporate re-structuring division.

Silfia Morton specialises in financial management, financial reporting services, and risk compliance and management at Grange Consulting. Silfia completed her Master of Commerce degree at the Curtin University of Technology in Western Australia. She went on to complete the Institute of Chartered Accountants program in 2010. Silfia spent 12 years as senior audit manager at one of the leading international Audit, Tax & Advisory firms. Silfia has experience in both the local and international markets and was responsible for managing the assurance and compliance requirements of a diversified group of large, medium, and small size companies in a range of industries.

The Board thanks Jessamyn Lyons for her services as Joint Company Secretary.

With the engagement of Grange Consulting Neil Hackett, who was re-elected as Non-Executive Chairman at today’s AGM, has also stepped down as joint company secretary.
