Ardea Resources Limited (ASX: ARL) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Ardea Resources Limited (‘ARL’) will be halted at the request of ARL, pending the release of an announcement by ARL.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 3 March 2026; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

ARL’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

Request for Trading Halt

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Directors of Ardea Resources Limited (ASX: ARL) request an immediate trading halt in the securities of the Company pending the release of the results of an equity raising.

This trading halt will be in place no later than open of trading on Tuesday 3[rd] March 2026.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
