Ardea Resources Ltd has appointed a new Independent NonExecutive Director, Mr Wayne Bramwell, to the Board

Mr Wayne Bramwell is an experienced mining executive with over 26 years of international and Australian project evaluation and development expertise across the base metals, precious metals and bulk commodity sectors.

Mr Bramwell holds a Bachelor of Science (Mineral Science - Extractive Metallurgy), Graduate Diploma of Business, Master of Science (Mineral Economics) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). He is currently Chairman of the Bentley Branch of the WA School of Mines Alumni (WASMA).

Mr Bramwell was previously the Managing Director of ASX listed Kasbah Resources Limited where he took the company from IPO through all stages of evaluation of the Achmmach Tin Project in Morocco and began the process of project financing. During his tenure he raised extensive funds from the capital markets, off-take partners and international trading houses including negotiating two project level strategic joint ventures with Japan’s Toyota Tsusho Corporation and Nittetsu Mining Co. Ltd. Prior to this Wayne held senior executive roles with Iberian Resources Limited, Breakaway Resources Limited, Harmony Gold (Australia) Pty Ltd, Hill 50 Limited and several Australian engineering companies specialised in resource engineering.
