ArcticZymes Technologies - Share capital increase registered

(Tromsø, 21 June 2021) Reference is made to the Annual General Meeting

resolution on 20th May 2021, regarding share capital increase of 1,836,717 new

shares by contribution in kind.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the new shares under

the contribution in kind has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of

Business Enterprises. ArcticZymes Technologies' new registered share capital is

NOK 50,171,390 divided on 50,171,390 shares with a nominal value of NOK 1.00 per

share.
