Biotec Pharmacon ASA - employee share issue registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 8 April 2014

regarding the private placement directed at certain employees of Biotec

Pharmacon ASA completed on 7 April 2014.

The share capital increase approved by the Board in accordance with the

authorization granted by the General Meeting has been registered in the

Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises and the new shares have been

issued in VPS. The new registered share capital of Biotec Pharmacon ASA

is NOK 43 336 173 divided into 43 336 173 shares each with a par value

of NOK 1.
