first half of 2014:

International market evaluation for Woulgan® Biogel by Smith & Nephew is

progressing

Started deliveries under beta-glucan supply agreement with Nutreco

Skretting

Sales increase and positive operating results in the enzyme business

Strengthened organization with hiring of Børge Sørvoll as CFO

OUTLOOK

Expect that market evaluation for Woulgan® Biogel, which will determine

commercial strategy, will be finalized during the second half of the

year

Expect overall revenue growth in the second half of the year compared to

last year
