Tromsø, Norway, 13 June 2023 - With reference to stock exchange announcement

regarding capital increase and exercise of options published today, 13 June

2023, CFO Børge Sørvoll has exercised 200,000 options at a strike price of NOK

8,00 per share.

CFO Børge Sørvoll has intention to sell 130,000 shares to cover the tax

obligation and the strike price following the exercise.

Following the transaction, CFO Børge Sørvoll has 225.428 shares and 180.000

options in ArcticZymes Technoloiges ASA
