ArcticZymes Technologies ASA - resignation of board member

Tromsø, Norway, 2nd April 2024 - Board member Edgar Koster has informed the

board that he will resign from the board with immediate effect for personal

reasons.

The remaining board complies with the requirements regarding board composition

and will still constitute a quorum.

Dr Marie Roskrow,  Chairman of the Board,  commented, "on behalf of my

colleagues and myself,  I would like thank Edgar very much for his contribution

to the Company over the past year and we wish him well for the future."
