Biotec Pharmacon ASA - resignation of board members

Board members Arne Reinemo and Inger Rydin have today informed Biotec Pharmacon

ASA and the Board that they resign from the Board with immediate effect.

As the remaining Board does not comply with the requirements regarding board

composition, the Board will as soon as practically possible call for an

extraordinary general meeting.

The Board wishes to thank Arne and Inger for their contribution to the board

over the last few years.

The Board is aware that investors await a company update and will get back to

the market as soon as possible.
