Biotec Pharmacon - resignation of board member

Board member Jan Raa has informed Biotec Pharmacon ASA and the Board that he

resigns from the Board of Directors with immediate effect

The remaining Board still constitute a quorum, and complies with requirements

regarding Board composition. The nomination committee will in due time consider

appointment of a replacement director.
