Changes in the company's election committee

At the ordinary general assembly meeting in May 2009 Stein Holst Annexstad, Kåre

Frydenberg and Svein Lien were elected to the company's election committee.

Svein Lien has now resigned from the committee as a function of taking on the

role as CEO of the company. Since no deputy representatives have been elected,

the election committee will be composed of Stein Holst Annexstad and Kåre

Frydenberg until the ordinary general assembly meeting May 4, 2010.
