ArcticZymes Technologies: Date for annual general meeting moved to 23 June 2022

(Tromsø 29 April 2022) The date of the annual general meeting for ArcticZymes

Technologies ASA, originally planned for 25 May 2022, has changed and will take

place 23 June 2022.

Due to limitation on technical solutions on the 25 May 2022, the board has

decided to postpone the annual general meeting to 23 June 2022. The meeting on

the 23 June will be carried out as a hybrid solution with a physical meeting in

Oslo together with the opportunity for digital participation.

The financial calendar for the company has been updated accordingly.
