Arctic Star Announces Issuance of Shares for Service
November 3, 2020 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Arctic Star Exploration Corp. (“ Arctic Star ” or the “ Company ”) announced that, further to its news release dated August 5, 2020, it has issued an aggregate of 268,800 common shares (the “Shares”) of the Company in consideration for services rendered to the Company by Agora Internet Relations Corp.
