Arcontech (AIM: ARC), the provider of products and services for real-time financial market data processing and trading, announces that it received notification yesterday that on the same day Richard Last, Chairman and Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 2,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company at a price of 0.2p per share. Following the purchase Richard Last's beneficial holding in Arcontech is 199,552,635 shares representing 12.99 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
