Arcontech (AIM: ARC) announces that Michael Levy, Finance Director of the Company, today purchased 4,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in Arcontech at a price of 0.11p per share.  As a result of this purchase, Mr Levy holds 6,286,960 ordinary shares, representing 0.4 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
