Arcontech Group Plc ("Arcontech" or "Company") announces that on 28 January 2013 it was notified that on 23 January 2013 Mr Anthony Cross acquired 20,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in Arcontech ("Ordinary Shares") and as a result is now interested in a total of 77,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 5.0 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
