These securities were issued pursuant to the Prospectus released by the Company on 17 November 2021. The Placement Options Offer was extended to 26 November 2021 and the Offer was closed on that day. Per the disclosures in the Prospectus, the Company notes it's intention to apply for quotation of the Options issued under this Appendix 3G, should the Company meet the criteria for quotation upon completion of it's Share Purchase Plan.
