Restricted Securities to be Released from Escrow
archTIS Limited (ASX:AR9, OTCQB:ARHLF) (archTIS or the Company) advises that in accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, that 8,036,752 fully paid ordinary shares (“Shares”) will be released from voluntary escrow on Friday, 24 December 2021.
The securities to be released from voluntary escrow were issued as part of the consideration payable to the vendors of Nucleus Cyber upon the completion of the Company’s acquisition of Nucleus Cyber in December 2020.
Following the expiry of escrow restrictions on the above securities, the following securities remain subject to escrow:

4,073,448 shares escrowed until 24 June 2022;

6,390,302 shares escrowed until 26 July 2022; and
-
4,073,448 shares escrowed until 24 December 2022.
