archTIS Awarded US/EU Alliance Contract and Provides US DOD Update

US/European Military Alliance selects NC Protect to safeguard member nation information

Highlights

  • NC Protect selected to safeguard member nation data for secure collaboration across transatlantic allied defence operations.

  • Initial contract award of approximately A$416,000 with two subsequent option years totalling approximately A$805,000 for a total potential award of approximately A$1,220,000.[1]

  • NC Protect will provide attribute-based access control (ABAC) policy enforcement for government, defence, and coalition environments, leveraging the Microsoft SharePoint platform.

  • Award issued after proof of concept successfully completed and a competitive process that confirmed that NC Protect met the required ABAC and compliance capabilities. NC Protect could be operationalised within the existing multi-coalition enterprise architecture, which could provide license growth opportunities.

  • There has been continued progress with a key U.S. DoD contract, including deployment and integration into multiple live environments and the successful completion of contracted development services.

  • Along with these operational wins, the Company’s Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) facility was successfully increased to provide additional working capital to fund future product and growth initiatives and ongoing contract obligations.

U.S. and European Military Alliance Contract

archTIS Limited (ASX:AR9, OTCQB:ARHLF) (“archTIS” or the “Company”), a global provider of data-centric security solutions for the secure collaboration of sensitive information, has been awarded a contract by a U.S. and European military alliance to safeguard the data of member nations for secure collaboration across transatlantic allied defence operations.

The initial contract award is for 2,500+ users for approximately A$416,000, with two subsequent option years totalling approximately A$805,000, for a total potential award of approximately A$1,220,000.[1] The initial award is for the balance of calendar year 2026, with approximately A$244,000 for licensing and approximately A$170,000 for configuration and support. Subsequent 2 option years each include 12-month licensing of approximately A$267,000 and approximately A$136,000 in support costs. The award may be cancelled for convenience, with payment made for completed and accepted work. Optional year issuance is at the sole discretion of the Purchaser.

NC Protect will operate across multiple civil-military security domains from dozens of allied nations, whose organisations must balance “need-to-know” with “need-to-share”. Traditional role-based access controls were insufficient for this environment, requiring a more dynamic,

context-aware approach to collaboration. NC Protect was chosen because it delivers finegrained ABAC for SharePoint through native integration, centralised policy administration, and real-time enforcement, thereby providing precise control over information access across multiple security enclaves. The solution’s operational effectiveness was validated through a funded pilot and confirmed alignment with the customer’s enterprise collaboration and data security requirements.

Daniel Lai, CEO and Managing Director, states, “This award represents a significant milestone for archTIS, being selected as the preferred policy enforcement data-centric security control for another multi-national defence environment. The selection reflects growing demand for our data-centric security capabilities, enabling secure, policy-based information sharing that preserves national control, data sovereignty, and compliance while supporting coalition operations. Strategically, this win strengthens our position in priority defence and allied markets, expands our footprint within large-scale enterprise environments, and provides a strong reference for additional coalition and government opportunities. Building on our proven track record with defence and intelligence customers, the award reinforces archTIS’ role as the Zero Trust partner and supports our long-term growth strategy in high-value, mission-critical markets.”

U.S. DoD Contract Update

archTIS reconfirms continued progress with the U.S. DoD as it works towards the secondstage deployment of NC Protect licenses across the U.S. DoD environment. The Company has now successfully deployed NC Protect into a complex operational environment and continues to work alongside the U.S. DoD to support their Zero Trust mandate targets.

Kurt A. Mueffelmann, Chief Strategy Officer and U.S. President, added, “This military alliance contract award represents an important milestone in our global growth strategy for the defence sector. With archTIS’ expansion in the U.S. and Australian DoD, this achievement highlights the increasing demand for our data-centric security capabilities within allied defence environments. We are proud to support missions by strengthening interoperability and enabling secure, Zero Trust collaboration among coalition partners.”

CBA Facility Upgrade

archTIS confirms that it has secured an increase in its bank financing facilities from $2,000,000 to a total of $8,000,000 at market-rate terms with standard reporting and compliance, with interest at a fixed margin on top of Bank Bill Swap Yield (BBSY). The facilities comprise a $4,000,000 facility maturing on 30 July 2026, and two additional facilities of $2,000,000 each, maturing on 29 January 2027 and 31 January 2027, respectively. The facility upgrade reflects further confidence in the business’ strategy and overall execution capability. The increase will help support working capital cycles, product investment and ongoing contract execution as the Company continues to meet growing demand for its data-centric security capabilities.
