archTIS Secures Contract for its Trusted Data Integration Platform

First Contract Leveraging Recent Direktiv Technology Acquisition and Expansion Into Japanese Markets

archTIS Limited (ASX:AR9, OTCQB:ARHLF), a global provider of data-centric software solutions for the secure collaboration of sensitive information, is pleased to announce it has completed a sale of the archTIS Trusted Data Integration (TDI) platform to a Japanesebased company for an annual license of AUD$390,000. This contract marks the first TDI sale post-integration with the recently acquired Direktiv technology and archTIS’ first sale in Japan.

The terms of the deal are for an annual licence to trial the product. The client, a Japanese multinational information technology and electronics corporation, will trial the product to assess its value in developing secure data services for its customers. The client will explore TDI’s potential to build data-centric security and orchestration solutions for its customers in regulated industries including the Japanese Ministry of Defence. The contract can be cancelled by either party in writing.

TDI incorporates technology developed by Direktiv, which archTIS acquired in March 2025. This marks the first sale since the acquisition. The TDI platform combines the data-centric ABAC-enabled security features of archTIS with the orchestration capabilities of Direktiv, creating a robust data integration and security policy orchestration platform. This platform can be tailored to meet the specific challenges within the client's data landscape and infrastructure.

TDI provides a lightweight, fast and agile solution to solve data integration, security and governance challenges at scale and speed. It adds zero trust capabilities to structured data access with centralised security policy orchestration to enforce ‘need to know’ and ‘need to share’ principles across the data landscape. A policy authoring engine and workflows make it easy to securely display data based on the user and provide reporting for compliance. It provides centralised security policy orchestration and enforcement using attribute-based access control (ABAC) to ensure data is secure and governed.
