archTIS Achieves Major Milestone in Sale of NC Protect to U.S. Department of Defense

Initial licenses to support expected significant expansion across Microsoft DoD365

HIGHLIGHTS:

• A prime government contractor for the U.S. DoD has awarded the contract for an initial 1,000 users of NC Protect as part of ongoing deployment processes.

• The procurement of NC Protect is expected to expand in the coming months across the broader U.S. DoD, including an initial 150,000 users across the warfighter network.

• This would expand the global NC Protect user base 6-fold and would serve as a key driver of growth in FY26.

• The initial license sale is valued at A$38,500 to allow the contractor to enhance systems in a live production environment in preparation for further NC Protect licensing procurement.

Following months of rigorous validation by a prime government contractor, the archTIS NC Protect solution has successfully passed a major evaluation milestone for collaboration within the U.S. Department of Defense’s (DoD) Microsoft DoD365 cloud environments with an initial 1,000 user award.

The initial contract for 1,000 user licenses for NC Protect was awarded by a prime government contractor serving the U.S. DoD, which was also responsible for obtaining a fully approved Authority to Operate (“ATO”). The value of the initial licenses is A$38,500 over a six-month period, including limited services, with the procurement contracts being managed by Copper River Technologies – an archTIS partner and federal contract holder since 2024.

The purchase of the licenses will support the prime contractor in developing processes and systems in a live production environment. The next stage of deployment is expected to involve onboarding 150,000 users as part of the first phase in a multi-phase rollout across the warfighter network, with the further potential to extend license coverage more broadly across the U.S. DoD. We anticipate contract signing in the next few months, serving as a key driver of growth in FY26.

The U.S. DoD and its contractor have conducted extensive testing to demonstrate that NC Protect met its stringent security and collaboration requirements. The NC Protect product emerged as the only integrated solution for Microsoft’s DoD365 environment that can deliver the robust, scalable, and secure attribute-based access control (ABAC) and data protection necessary to safeguard sensitive communications across the DoD. Following this successful evaluation, the prime contractor has begun building a production environment to facilitate secure, large-scale, and consolidated communications among various U.S. DoD commands and allied forces. This achievement underscores archTIS’ commitment to providing cutting-edge solutions to solve data security challenges.
