archTIS Secures $535k Contract to Expand the Deployment of NC Protect within an Australian Commonwealth National Security Agency

archTIS Limited (ASX:AR9), a global provider of innovation software solutions for the secure collaboration of sensitive information, today announced a contract for the deployment of NC Protect within an Australian national security agency ( Customer ).
The contract total, valued at $535,000, is payable upfront and covers software license and support for a period of 5-years at $107,000 of annual recurring revenue, allowing the national security agency to secure information collaboration and sharing in Microsoft collaboration applications with NC Protect’s secure, policy-based zero trust architecture. The contract may be terminated for convenience by the Customer by notifying the Company in writing. To date and since inception, the Company has not experienced any contracts being cancelled for such convenience clauses.
The contract is the largest Microsoft IP Co-sell opportunity for archTIS/Nucleus Cyber to date, driving mutual customer success by providing enhanced security for Microsoft collaboration tools with NC Protect.
