archTIS Secures $578k Contract with the Australian Department of Defence for Kojensi

archTIS has secured a contract with the Australian Department of Defence (Defence) for licensing of Kojensi to be deployed on premise.

Total contract value is A$578,000 (inc. GST) which includes $264,000 for an annual license and $314,000 for hardware and services.

archTIS Limited (ASX:AR9), a global provider of innovation software solutions for the secure collaboration of sensitive information, today announced the Company has entered into a one-year contract to expand deployment of Kojensi with the Australian Department of Defence.
The contract total, valued at $578,000, is a $264,000 annual software license and hardware and services contract worth $314,000 within the Department of Defence to secure information collaboration. The contract is effective immediately for a fixed term ending June 2022 and can be terminated by the customer without cause at any time. To date, the Company has not experienced any contracts being cancelled for such convenience clauses.
